Bobby is an excellent agent. He followed up on every question, and resolved every problem that arose during the sale of our home. He always answered his phone when we called. He is knowledgeable about the York market, and was on target with his suggested asking price. He established a deadline for receiving offers, and presented them in clear and concise manner. Our home was under contract in 2 days after listing, for $6,000 over asking. This was our 9th move, and Bobby was by far, the best agent we have had.
